Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an A player, someone who is a self-motivated and driven salesperson who has no fear and will thrive with the responsibility of generating and converting new business to ensure growth every year.


Either way, you need to be quick to pick up the phone, reach out to generate new leads daily and be a hugely proactive, fast paced person, who is used to taking on challenges head on... making the most of every day.


Experience of agency is not necessary, but customer sales experience is, we can train the rest.


We will give you FULL training on the specifics of the Role, but you need to come to us with the right drive and character and PROVEN sales history and lead generation skills (we also run a training company so lot of training available)


Lazy need not apply…

This is NOT a role for someone who wants to coast into the office every day and make a few calls and hope that that is enough, this is not a role for someone who doesn't feel the PAIN personally when they fail or let the team down...

We’re now looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead on converting warm inbound leads into long-term clients—specifically self-managing landlords and investors—using our suite of proven, high-converting services and offers.

The Purpose Of This Role:

This role is focused on attracting, engaging, and converting self-managing landlords and buy-to-let investors into fully managed clients through structured sales conversations and high-value consultations.

Working within a supportive team, you’ll handle qualified leads generated by our funnels, ads, guide downloads, webinars, and campaigns. Your goal will be to convert these prospects into new instructions and clients by offering real solutions through:

-Landlord Rescue Services

-Tenancy Healthchecks

-Buy-to-Let Property Sourcing

-Off-Market Investment Sales

-Full Management Conversion Offers

-Portfolio Review Consultations

About You:

You'll be a highly motivated, confident, and results-driven sales professional. You don't need previous estate agency experience - though it's welcomed - but you must have proven sales ability, a strong work ethic, and an appetite for working in a fast-paced, proactive environment.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has at least 2 years of outbound sales or customer acquisition experience

- Is confident making outbound calls and managing follow-up sequences

- Understands how to consult and solve problems—not just sell

- Enjoys hitting targets and working in a commission-led environment

- Is quick-thinking, highly organised, and effective under pressure

- Wants to learn and grow in the property and investment space

- Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a car

This Role Is Not For You If:

- You wait for leads to come to you instead of taking initiative

- You struggle with self-motivation or avoid outbound sales

- You’re not excited by the idea of working to targets and performance-based pay

- You’re looking for a quiet, reactive role where the day is predictable

Key Responsibilites:

- Respond to and nurture warm inbound landlord and investor leads

-Proactively re-engage prospects from our large, established database

-Conduct structured calls and consultations to generate new business

-Fill and follow up landlord webinars to convert attendees into clients

-Match investor buyers with landlords selling off-market properties

-Convert let-only or self-managed landlords into full management clients

-Upsell and refer partner services such as mortgages and conveyancing

-Track pipeline activity and conversion metrics using our CRM systems

What You'll Receive:

-Realistic OTE of £50,000+ per annum

-45p per mile business mileage reimbursement

Job Type:

Full-Time, Permanent

OTE:

£50,000 (Basic Salary + Commission + Bonus)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

Alternate Saturdays on a rota basis
